In addition, we do not have any annual or membership fee. You pay per request and only what it is worth to you.

What kind of requests do you accept?

Any request which is legal, morally and ethically correct.

How much does it cost?

You choose how much you are willing to pay for our experts to get the job done. However, a minimum fee of USD 100 applies.

How does payment work?

We will send you a safe and secure payment link where you can complete the payment.

How long does it take to fulfill a request?

You tell us when you need the request done. We will do everything we can to make it happen within the timeframe given but in the unlikely event, if that’s not possible, we will get in touch with you and look for an suitable, alternative solution.

When do I pay?

Issuing a request and the initial contact and exchanges to ensure we get your request right is free. Once we have made sure we are in the position to make your dreams come true, we will send you a payment link to complete the transaction.

Can I cancel a request?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. If the Concierge has not worked on the request just yet, we will even cancel free of charge.

Can I edit a request after it's been submitted?

Yes, you can edit a request. Once the request has been submitted, we will get in touch with you through your preferred communication channel. You can just send us a message or call us in case you wish to update, change or cancel a request. Depending on the request, some penalty payments may apply, but we will make sure we fill you in with any penalty fees if and when applicable.

Who can create requests?

You can create a request as long as you are above 18 years.
